Role Description As our UI/UX Designer Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to design the user interface for our new internal software. Your work will directly impact our employees' daily workflows, helping to improve production management and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role ideal for a candidate based in Rajkot. You will have the flexibility to work from home for the most part, with the requirement to attend an in-person meeting at our office once every two weeks. The UI/UX Designer Intern will be responsible for creating design mockups, developing visual designs, and prototyping user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design clear, intuitive, and efficient user interface screens for our internal software application. Translate internal workflow requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure designs are practical and meet the needs of our employees. Create and manage design assets and components for the application. Iterate on designs based on user feedback from our team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must be a resident of Rajkot, Gujarat, and able to commute to our office for bi-weekly meetings. Proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience in Prototyping user interfaces A portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX design work (class projects, personal projects, or freelance work are all acceptable). Ability to think through complex workflows and simplify them into a clean user interface. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Currently undergoing a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus. Role Description As our B2B Sales Executive (Fasteners), you will meet OEMs, distributors, and engineering firms, understand their requirements, and coordinate with our production and quality teams for smooth delivery. This is an on-site/field role, with regular client visits across India. Interviews will be held offline at our Rajkot office. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads; plan weekly client visits and display samples. Understand customer requirements and drawings/specs; prepare and send quotes. Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry, sampling, PO, delivery, and after-sales support. Grow key accounts; track revenue, margins, and visit reports. Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts. Track market trends and competitors; attend trade shows and exhibitions. Ensure timely collections as per company policy.
