Role Description

This is a full-time Salesperson role based in Gurugram, with hybrid work options available. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating and maintaining relationships, and closing sales to meet targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs, preparing sales strategies, and delivering presentations. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Knowledge of polymers, injection molding machines, and industrial materials is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations
• Ability to work independently, adapt to hybrid work arrangements, and effectively manage time
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
