Role Description

This is a full-time / part-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Vadodara. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads and creating distribution channel. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, negotiating deals, meeting sales quotas, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with team members to execute effective sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in FMCG Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and devise strategic plans to target potential clients
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and teams effectively
  • Time Management, Organization, and Goal-Setting skills to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in relevant industries is must
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
