Role Overview: As a Salesperson at Ownspecs, a premium eyewear destination in Surat, you will be part of a team that offers a curated selection of global luxury brands and high-quality in-house collections. Your role involves representing Ownspecs on the retail floor with enthusiasm and style, catering to customers with a warm, consultative approach. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with a friendly approach - Understand customer needs to recommend suitable eyewear options from luxury and in-house brands - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current collections - Build strong customer relationships - Handle sales transactions efficiently - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing - Stay updated on product trends and industry developments - Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets Qualification Required: - Previous experience in retail or luxury sales, preferably in the eyewear or fashion industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Presentable and professional demeanor - Strong customer service orientation - Basic computer and billing knowledge - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati - Minimum education of 12th Pass or Graduate preferred - Passion for luxury retail and eagerness to grow within the brand Additional Company Details: (if present in JD) Ownspecs offers a competitive salary with attractive sales incentives, training on luxury brand product knowledge and customer service excellence, a stylish and supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth.
