Salesperson

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
