Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Jammu. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling our agriculture equipment, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sales and customer service Knowledge of agriculture equipment and industry trends Ability to meet sales targets and work independently Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
