Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field, along with a good educational background. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in FMCG sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with the local market around 9th Mile is preferred.
