Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Gandhinagar. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property tours, and closing sales. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in market research and developing sales strategies
• Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle queries and provide excellent service
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
