Salesperson

As the manufacturer of ladies garments and fashion wear, we are currently seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team in Kanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, managing sales calls and customer meetings, developing sales strategies, and achieving defined sales targets. Your focus will also include maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with customers and stakeholders. Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation is essential, along with the ability to manage sales calls, meetings, and successfully achieve sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills are key, along with customer relationship management capabilities. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in using CRM software and sales management tools is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous for this position.
