Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Employee role at INOX Decor Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Employee, you will be responsible for generating new leads, making sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the kitchen accessories or home decor industry
• Experience in exteriors and facade industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving sales goals
• Strong customer relationship building abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Knowledge of kitchen accessories and space management solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
