Role Description This is a full-time Sales Employee role at INOX Decor Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Employee, you will be responsible for generating new leads, making sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Sales experience in the kitchen accessories or home decor industry Experience in exteriors and facade industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving sales goals Strong customer relationship building abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Knowledge of kitchen accessories and space management solutions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
