JOB TITLE: SALES

JOB LOCATION: FARIDABAD, NEW DELHI


Job Summary:

The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the beauty and cosmetics industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the makeup manufacturing process and the ability to articulate our value proposition to potential clients, ranging from emerging indie brands to established beauty companies.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and research potential clients (beauty brands, entrepreneurs, influencers) who require third-party makeup manufacturing services.
  • Generate new leads through various channels, including industry events, online research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct initial outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.


Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience from initial contact to project completion.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our manufacturing capabilities.


Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the beauty and cosmetics manufacturing sector.
  • Provide feedback to the internal teams on market demands and client preferences to help shape product development and service offerings.


Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
