Job Description

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, understanding client requirements, and guiding them through Hatsu’s collection to find the perfect fit for their space. The role combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and aesthetic understanding to help clients visualize Hatsu products in their homes or projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Understand customer needs, style preferences, and functional requirements.
  • Present product features, material options, and customization possibilities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads, quotations, and ongoing client conversations.

2. Product & Brand Representation

  • Educate customers about Hatsu’s brand story, craftsmanship, and design philosophy.
  • Ensure the store display and merchandising align with brand standards.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across furniture, lighting, and tableware collections.

3. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the operations and production teams on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update client databases, quotations, and sales records.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and store trends to management.

4. Relationship Building

  • Build lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, and walk-in clients.
  • Represent Hatsu at local design events or exhibitions if required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Education:

     Graduate degree preferred (Interior Design, Architecture, or Business background is a plus).
  • Experience:

     1–4 years in premium retail, home décor, or lifestyle sales.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aesthetic sense and ability to visualize interiors.
  • Confident with clients and good at building trust.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting.
  • Personality:

     Warm, approachable, detail-oriented, and sales-driven.
