Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the transport or logistics industry is a plus
