Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Bhopal. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, explaining and offering our various agri solutions, achieving sales targets, and providing after-sales support. The role requires significant fieldwork to visit clients and understand their needs to offer the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of agricultural products, machinery, and the agri-business landscape
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the agriculture sector, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
