Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in lead generation, relationship management, and customer service
Ability to analyze sales metrics, conduct market research, and develop sales strategies
Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and sales presentations
Knowledge of agricultural products and technology is a plus
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
