Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving revenue through customer acquisition and retention, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves reporting sales performance to management and staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in lead generation, relationship management, and customer service Ability to analyze sales metrics, conduct market research, and develop sales strategies Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and sales presentations Knowledge of agricultural products and technology is a plus Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
