We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce & Veeva CRM Consultant with strong experience across Life Sciences CRM platforms including
Veeva Commercial (CRM)
,
Veeva Medical (MedComms/MedInquiry)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud
, and
Salesforce Health Cloud
. The ideal consultant understands the end-to-end commercial and medical operations ecosystem, CRM workflows, data integration, regulatory compliance, and omnichannel engagement for Pharma/BioTech customers.You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendor partners to enhance user experience, streamline field force effectiveness, and ensure compliant customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce/Veeva CRM design and configuration solutions
- Implement and support Veeva Commercial CRM for sales and field medical teams
- Configure and optimize Veeva Medical modules including MedComms, MedInquiry, and Medical Affairs workflows
- Lead enhancement and campaign automation initiatives in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Implement patient/care-journey workflows in Salesforce Health Cloud
- Conduct system testing, validation, and UAT coordination in regulated environments
- Design system integrations with MDM, Data Warehouses, and digital engagement platforms
- Maintain documentation including design specs, data flows, test scripts, and SOPs
- Support release management, end-user training, troubleshooting, and production support
- Ensure 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and data privacy compliance (HIPAA/PII where applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce / Veeva CRM functional/technical experience
- Hands-on configuration expertise with:
- Veeva Commercial CRM
- Veeva Medical (MedComms/MedInquiry)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Health Cloud
- Strong understanding of Pharma/BioTech commercial, medical, and patient engagement processes
- Experience working in validated/regulated environments
- Proficiency with requirement gathering, CPQ/CLM familiarity a plus
- Knowledge of data models: HCP/HCO, customer master, consent & subscription management
- Experience integrating with data pipelines, MDM tools (Reltio, Veeva Network, etc.), and omnichannel platforms
- Certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Admin / Consultant certs
- Veeva CRM / Medical certified (if applicable)

- Salesforce Admin / Consultant certifications

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, or Patient Support tools
- Exposure to AI-driven engagement, NLP, and analytics platforms
