Job Description

Salesforce Test Engineer (6–10 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

Salesforce Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, CRT, or similar frameworks to ensure strong regression coverage.
Perform functional, integration, system, and performance testing across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners in an Agile environment to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify, log, track, and validate defects using Jira or Copado DevOps.
Analyze and test Salesforce customizations such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, workflows, and process builders.
Manage test data and configure test environments for accurate and repeatable testing.
Contribute to QA strategy, improve testing processes, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills:

6–10 years of experience in QA/Test Engineering
Strong Salesforce testing background (functional + automation)
Hands-on experience with Selenium, CRT, or similar tools
Good understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations
Experience working in Agile teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
