Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Technical Lead, located in Noida/Jaipur/Pune/Gurugram. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations. Day-to-day tasks include handling Salesforce configurations, developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and providing technical leadership to a team of developers. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and translating them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Over 6 Years of Experience in Salesforce
• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Components
• Proficiency in integration patterns and best practices
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Project management and team leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida/Jaipur/Pune/Gurugram
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
