Salesforce Technical Architect

As an experienced Salesforce Architect at Horizontal Digital, you will play a crucial role in architecting technology solutions on the Salesforce platform and extended technology stack to meet client needs effectively. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and clients to ensure that the platform/product(s) are leveraged efficiently and meet best practices. Your responsibilities will include identifying business needs, designing transformational technical solutions, and working directly with customers to meet their requirements following industry best practices. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating ongoing communications and guiding efforts to manage and exceed client expectations. You will document technical processes, analyze current and future states, and collaborate with other architects and team members to detail, design, and deliver technical specifications and solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting architecture process flow, data flow, integration flow, and architecture diagrams using visualization applications. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to help customers maximize the value of their Salesforce Industry products and services. Your role will involve designing cross-cloud automation solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of various cloud platform integrations with Salesforce. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor development teams on the project, ensuring that the system meets the defined expectations of the business and that proper testing is implemented. In addition to client and technical delivery responsibilities, you will be involved in Salesforce Technology Practice Development. You will articulate Horizontal Digital's Salesforce practice capabilities, offerings, and value propositions. Your role will include advocating and implementing best practice development methodology, driving thought leadership, and leading a team of consultants. You will also maintain industry knowledge, certifications, and stay current on technical learning and trends. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in developing technology solutions, with a focus on implementing end-to-end Salesforce Cross-cloud solutions. You should be highly proficient in APEX, LWC, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and API Integration, with experience in coding, testing, debugging, and implementing complex solutions. Additionally, you should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, the ability to lead teams, and a detail-oriented mindset.
