Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and strategic workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals, ensuring integration across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to define solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce and Salesforce Industries.
• Drive solution design across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
• Provide governance and oversight on solution delivery, including data modeling, security, and integration strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between delivery managers, developers, and client teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks in solution design and delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architecture, design decisions, and implementation guidelines.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in Salesforce solution architecture and delivery.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Service, Experience, Data, Einstein AI).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and integration tools.
• 5+ years of experience in leading Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Mandatory certifications: Platform Developer I, one Cloud Consultant Certification (e.g., Sales, Service, Community, Field Service, or CPQ), and either System Architect or Application Architect.
• Additional certifications in Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Industries are a plus.

Education / Certification

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, System Architect, Application Architect) are preferred.
