Salesforce Solution Architect

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Tru, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across various clouds including Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing architecture blueprints, leading the configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Working full-time from our office location in Chandigarh, India, you will be expected to provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation by staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Your role will also involve collaborating with business stakeholders, conducting workshops, and ensuring that all solutions are thoroughly documented. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation. You should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud, as well as proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration technologies such as REST and SOAP. A Salesforce Architect certification would be highly desirable, along with excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
