Salesforce Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce solutions.
• Perform both manual and automated testing for various Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
• Provide detailed documentation on testing procedures, issues, and test results.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years of Salesforce Quality Analyst experience

  with exposure to a variety of Salesforce modules.
• Completed

  3 successful Salesforce projects

  with a strong focus on testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in creating and executing test plans for Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of

  Salesforce testing best practices

  and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Graduation Year

  : 2019 or earlier only 
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
