Job Title : Salesforce Quality Analyst Location : India Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 3+ years Notice Period: Available to join within 0-15 days Graduation Year : 2019 or earlier Application Email : careers@avenoir.ai We are looking for a Salesforce Quality Analyst with 3+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on 3 Salesforce projects, with the ability to ensure the highest quality of Salesforce solutions through effective test strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce solutions. Perform both manual and automated testing for various Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage. Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards. Provide detailed documentation on testing procedures, issues, and test results. Key Requirements: 3 years of Salesforce Quality Analyst experience with exposure to a variety of Salesforce modules. Completed 3 successful Salesforce projects with a strong focus on testing and quality assurance. Expertise in creating and executing test plans for Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations. Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce testing best practices and methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Graduation Year : 2019 or earlier only Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
