Job description: Salesforce Quality Analyst

Experience Required: 4-6 Years

Job Location: Noida (work from office)

Shift Timing: AUS Shift (8:00 am 5:00 pm)

Must have skills: Manual Testing (Salesforce)

Key Skills:

• Review business requirements and technical specifications of current software development projects.

• The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience in Manual Testing (Salesforce)

• Experience in any of these ; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience cloud

• Very good communication skills, should be able to demonstrate solutions.

• Participating in all testing cycles, including Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT Support and basic database testing.

• Documentation & Execution of test cycles and test cases.

• Document test findings and defects discovered during the test cycle in the standard ticketing system.

• Candidate should be able to work as an Individual Contributor & in a Team as well. Basic database skills.

• Candidate should have a sound knowledge of SDLC (software development methodology).

• Candidate should have a sound knowledge of Software Testing methodology.

• I should have knowledge of Agile and Scrum.

• Execution, reporting, defect resolution, retesting, risk/issue management.

• Experience in JIRA would be an added advantage.

• Manual integration and system test.
