Job description: Website Quality Analyst

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Job Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:00 pm - 10 pm)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Website QA to join our team. In this role, he will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of websites and landing pages built on the CMS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knows QA process for all CMS deliverables, including website pages, landing pages, blogs, and email templates.
• Develop and maintain test cases tailored to any CMS projects.
• Lead cross-browser, responsive, and regression testing across multiple devices and environments.
• Verify CMS-specific features including smart content, dynamic modules, CTAs, forms, and tracking integrations (HubSpot forms, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Perform advanced debugging and issue resolution using developer tools and HubSpot's Design Manager and Inspector.
• Conduct audits for SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance), and performance optimization.
• Document and enforce QA best practices and standards to ensure consistent output and smooth deployment cycles.
• Support the adoption of automated testing frameworks where applicable and improve QA efficiency through tooling and processes.

Experience Details:

• 4 to 6 years in web QA, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically testing in AEM or any other CMS.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot development tools and environments
• Experience with CMS workflows, personalization features, and email marketing QA.
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking platforms: Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
• Expertise with QA management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex testing scenarios.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
