Work closely with process engineers to translate process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other technical documentation into detailed construction drawings. Update and revise existing drawings as necessary to accommodate changes in design or scope. Ensure that drawings are accurate, properly annotated, and consistent with project requirements. Review and understand technical specifications, material lists, and drawings to provide feedback and suggestions. Assist in creating schematics, plans, and layouts for new and modified systems and equipment. Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) to draft process and mechanical system diagrams.
