Hiring Cost Accountant | Borivali & Vapi | All Saturday Half Day

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse product material cost reports on a monthly basis and comparison with
  budgets
• Raw materials yield analysis on a monthly basis
• Perform activity / overheads cost analysis
• Ensure timely closure of Cost audit annually
• Product profitability analysis / Gross margins analysis on a monthly basis
• Ad-hoc cost analysis as required by Senior Management
• Providing information for Internal audits and Corporate finance Requirements
• Inventory Ageing analysis, Days sales in Inventory (DSI) calculations, Inventory provisions
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
• Capture the actuals and preparing MIS on monthly basis to compare Budget Vs Actuals and presenting the same to management.
• Reporting the product cost, profitability, cost savings to Management
• To oversight of costing & profitability analysis
• Provide assistance to the organization in preparing budget process.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Contribute to discussions and reviews conducted during yearly audit meetings
• Formulate goals and assessments annually, in a timely manner..

Skills Required

• Fundamental knowledge of reporting, forecasting and budgeting process.
• Should be Analytical with strong ability to understanding and interpreting the MIS Reports as well as explain these clearly to the various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Specially Excel) is must for this role. Should also be able to present analysis and reports using MS Power Point.

Candidate with exposure to manufacturing industry will be preferred
