Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Experience: 8 to 10 years Location: Noida (Hybrid) Shift Timings: UK Shift (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm) Girikon is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst cum Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of IT service industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in salesforce ecosystem, administration and, configuration, coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Admin. Polished personality with exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Extensive exposure to Salesforce support/ managed services working model Good collaboration & negotiation skills so that there is a win-win for all parties: external & internal stakeholders. Ability to think ahead, understand forecasts and plan accordingly. Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud) knowledge will be a big plus Minimum experience of 8+ years as a business analyst in Salesforce ecosystem. Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions. Experience in Project Co-ordination with high level stakeholders. Proficiency with Agile development tools - Jira, Confluence, etc. Experience working on multiple projects, multiple teams & Clients on complex Salesforce projects implementation and deployments.
