Competencies

- Knowledge of Machining, Plating, Moulding and Assembly process.

- Inspect the different types of parts CNC, Rubber, Plastic & forging etc.

- Able to read product drawings & understand the requirements product and process.

- He can be able to work independently with suppliers to monitoring & controlling the process and products.

- Candidate must knowledge of ISO 9001& AS9100.

- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem solving tools, 8D Analysis,

Responsibilities

- He will be responsible to work at supplier to monitor operating Process, verification of process and product characteristics, In-process check at supplier end & report to AIMS for any suspicious.

- He will be responsible to inspect the parts as per the spec. (Drawing/WI/STD) at supplier end.

- He will be responsible to monitor supplier rejections/Rework on daily basis.

- Active participation in 5S, Kizan etc.

• Note: Shift time will be as per APCD (01 PM to 10.30 PM) Shift

Competencies

• Good Communication skill in English (Verbal & Written).
• Flexibility to work nonstandard hours or alternate shifts to support work in north America.
• Managing supplier related activity PPM, score card, SQIP, KPI etc
• Expertise in different manufacturing processes Machining, Extrusion, Plating Moulding plastic/rubber, cable assembly, relay socket assembly etc.
• Good experience in FAI, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, Control plan, WI, check sheets.
• He must have sound knowledge in ISO 9001;2015, EHS, AS9001 also preferable.
• Expertise in 7Q tool, 8D, root cause analysis tool & risk analysis.
• Good in conduct manufacturing process and product audit
• Aware about GD&T, measuring instruments, engineering drawing etc.
• Must be able to travel as per business requirement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for qualifying, managing, suppliers.
• He will be responsible to manage and review the FAI & PPAP as per standard requirement by customer.
• Manage the supplier series quality issue and analysis root cause with CFT team
• Responsible for managing monthly score card, PPM & KPI.
• Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers’ team on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
• Support ECN implementations with assigned suppliers.
