Jo Title: Salesforce QA Automation Enginee
Responsibilities: We are seeking a senior Salesforce QA professional with significant experience in TOSCA/ Selenium Automation, who can contribute from day one. Demonstrate a deep understanding of quality assurance, testing methodologies, and software development processes. Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents, and translate them into a comprehensive Test Plan. Develop detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and alignment with requirements. Lead and participate in test case review meetings, execute test cases efficiently, document defects, and ensure timely defect resolution. Write and maintain 500+ automated test cases in TOSCA, demonstrating expertise in test automation. Analyze test results to validate existing functionality, working closely with development and BSA teams to resolve any defects. Create and maintain meaningful defect metrics to track progress and milestones. Communicate daily progress, issues, and risks to the QA Lead and project teams. Coordinate and work effectively in an onsite-offshore model. Contribute feedback to enhance QA processes, procedures, and standards. Collaborate across teams to ensure timely testing and release of system features that meet or exceed business partner expectations. Requiremnts: Bachelos Degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on Salesforce. Proven expertise in Salesforce.com and hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud (or similar cloud platforms). Extensive hands-on experience with TOSCA/Selenium Automation, having written and mntained 500+ test cases. Proficient in both manual and automated testing, with strong test script writing skills. Strong analytical abilities for assessing user, functional, and technical requirements. Proficiency in functional testing, with a solid understanding of quality assurance best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Functional knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a plus. Salesforce, Apttus/Conga certifications are a plus.
