Salesforce QA Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing

  for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations:

  Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Flows, Assignment Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layouts

  .
• Test

  Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Aura Components

  , and Lightning UI.
• Verify features across

  Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

  such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Cases, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, Knowledge, Entitlements, CTI integrations.
• Conduct

  API and integration testing

  (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools.
• Perform

  SOQL-based data validation

  through Developer Console, Workbench, or Data Loader.
• Create and maintain

  test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data

  .
• Log and track defects in tools such as

  JIRA, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, TestRail

  .
• Support Salesforce release cycles, UAT, sprint testing, and go-live validations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and Business Teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of QA experience with strong

  Salesforce testing exposure

  .
• Expertise in

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Lightning Experience (LEX)

  and

  LWC testing

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL

  , and Salesforce data models.
• Experience testing

  Salesforce integrations

  (middleware experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing).
• Experience with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.

• Must be an Immediate Joiner.
