Salesforce Product Owner

As a Product Owner for the Salesforce team at Persistent Ltd., you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the Product Manager, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams. Your primary responsibility will be to translate the product vision and strategic roadmaps into actionable deliverables, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive agile delivery of Salesforce-based solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. - Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to refine priorities and ensure delivery meets stakeholder needs. - Communicate with stakeholders as needed for clarification on detailed requirements or specific technical inputs. - Defer primary stakeholder relationship management and communications to the Product Manager. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile roles, with at least 2 years in a Product Owner or Scrum Master capacity. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom apps. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro board, and Greatest etc. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus. - Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSM I/II, SAFe PO/PM) are preferred.
