Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization nCino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to innovative solutions in the Investment Banking Operations domain. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance user experience.
Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and align with organizational goals.
Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces that enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise in nCino to streamline banking operations and improve process efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications to ensure system reliability.
Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Participate in project planning and contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization demonstrating technical proficiency.
Have expertise in nCino and its application in banking operations to drive efficiency.
Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning for creating engaging user interfaces.
Show capability in SFDC Integration to ensure seamless system connectivity.
Exhibit skills in SFDC Configuration to optimize system performance.
Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus providing valuable domain insights.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
