• We are seeking an experienced

  Salesforce nCino Developer

  to design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino platform. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to enhance existing systems and deliver new features that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience within the banking and financial services domain.Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the

  nCino platform

  .Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce components using

  Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

  .
• Implement new features, workflows, and enhancements aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain, optimize, and support existing nCino applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by following Salesforce and nCino best practices.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for nCino and Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with

  nCino and Salesforce releases

  and recommend platform improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of total experience

  in software development.

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience on the nCino platform

  (mandatory).Strong experience in

  Salesforce development

  (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Good understanding of

  banking and financial services processes

  , preferably lending or loan origination.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• nCino certification

  (preferred).Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II a plus).Experience with
