Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring the platform, managing overall platform setup, including Business Units, SAP configuration, IP warm-up, CRM Integrations, and system optimization. You will ensure cost-effective Contacts Consumption and system compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building personalized solutions using AmpScript, SSJS, and SQL. - Developing and optimizing Cloud Pages, reusable code snippets, content blocks, and email templates offering scalability. - Creating advanced automation workflows in Journey Builder, including custom activity development. - Leveraging SSJS, WSProxy, APIs (REST/SOAP), Webhooks, MC Connect for integrations with external systems offering seamless data exchange and building real-time solutions. In complex environments, you will be required to provide and implement tailored solutions for problem statements in secure, high-scale environments involving complex integrations with multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will also create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes. You will review and enhance existing processes for performance and efficiency, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement improvements. Additionally, as a Team Lead, you will mentor a team of SFMC developers, fostering growth and learning. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
