As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at Tru, you will be a key player in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support data-driven marketing initiatives. Your role will involve seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other systems to deliver personalized, targeted, and automated marketing campaigns. Your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud functionalities, such as data management, scripting, segmentation, automation, journey design, and reporting, will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining MC Connect to establish seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Developing and managing API integrations to connect Marketing Cloud with external systems will be a part of your responsibilities. Writing and optimizing SOQL queries, creating and optimizing AMPscript code, designing audience segmentation strategies, developing HTML email templates, leveraging DATAROMA for tracking and analyzing marketing performance data, designing and implementing marketing automation workflows, creating customer journeys using Journey Builder, and administering and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud are some of the key tasks you will be handling. Being a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you are required to have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field with proven experience in Marketing Cloud functionalities. Strong knowledge of MC Connect, API integration, SOQL, AMPscript, segmentation, HTML, DATAROMA, automation, Journey Builder, SFMC administration, and Customer Data Platform is essential. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud will be considered a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective communication and collaboration abilities will be necessary for success in this role.
