Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading marketing automation and campaign execution efforts as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist. Your role will involve leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth. Proficiency in SFMC, SQL for data management, and experience in automation are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage multi-channel campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. - Create data-driven marketing strategies with robust segmentation and personalization. - Build, test, and optimize dynamic content for targeted campaigns. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations. - Utilize SQL for querying and managing data extensions within SFMC. - Ensure data integrity and create custom reports to support marketing objectives. - Collaborate with data teams to synchronize and streamline data flows between systems. - Develop automated workflows and marketing journeys to enhance efficiency. - Integrate SFMC with other tools and platforms, including Salesforce CRM and third-party applications. - Implement and maintain API-based connections to support advanced campaign functionality. - Partner with marketing and sales teams to align SFMC capabilities with business goals. - Provide training and support for internal teams to maximize platform utilization. - Stay up-to-date with SFMC developments and best practices to drive innovation. Qualifications: - Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications such as Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant are highly preferred). - Strong knowledge of SQL for data management and reporting. - Proven ability to create and optimize automated marketing workflows. - Familiarity with other SFMC tools like Audience Builder, Social Studio, or Advertising Studio is a plus. Additional Details: The company is looking for someone with a basic understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its integration with SFMC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven marketing, excellent communication, collaboration abilities, and familiarity with Splunk are also desired.,
