Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Marketing Cloud Connect to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Your role will involve developing and managing API integrations with external systems, optimizing SOQL queries for efficient data manipulation, and creating personalized email content using AMPscript. Additionally, you will design audience segmentation strategies, develop HTML email templates, and leverage DATAROMA for tracking marketing performance data. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing marketing automation workflows, creating customer journeys using Journey Builder, and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data exchange processes and integrating Customer Data Platform functionalities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be key aspects of your role. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud is preferred to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist. Strong knowledge of MC Connect, API integration, SOQL, AMPscript, segmentation, HTML, DATAROMA, automation, Journey Builder, SFMC administration, and Customer Data Platform is required. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification, experience with other Salesforce products and services, and an in-depth understanding of marketing best practices and industry trends.,
