Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant to join our Salesforce practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and you will be working on projects comprising of multi-disciplinary team members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant supports pre-sales activities, deep-dive into new Marketing Cloud products and end-to-end implementation delivery. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets/exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives.

The responsibilities include:

• Conduct technical & functional workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews etc)
• Capture, understand and analyse client user requirements and objectives
• Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advising client on solution options/offerings
• Require hands-on implementation work for the clients (configuration)
• Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs
• Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
• Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc)
• Conduct testing and training on implemented solution
• Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders
• Providing support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)
• Continually improve on Salesforce product knowledge and expertise

Must have

• 4-8 years of relevant working experience with IT and/or business teams, with 3 years on SFMC
• Good analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills with foundation in marketing best practices
• Deep functional expertise on SFMC : Journey builder, automation studio, content builder, mobile studio, contact builder, email studio, intelligence reports
• Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
• Coding experience on HTML-CSS, SQL & AMP scripting
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
• Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented
• Able to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team
• Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to have
• Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected

Nice to have

• Experience & certification on Marketing Cloud Personnalization (old name is “Interaction Studio”) is a nice to have.
• Detailled experience required on MC Personnalization : sitemap coding in javascript, functional configuration/deployment/monitoring of personalization content blocks
• Experience in Marketing campaign support
• Experience on Build or roll out SFMC Business Units
• Experience on AMS support projects, in front of IT/business users
• Experience on Agile context, using Confluence/Jira-ServiceNow
• Coding javascript and/or SSJS
• Knowledge on Salesforce.com
