We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and scripting languages, with a proven track record of delivering personalized, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing, performance tuning, and campaign analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in marketing automation.

Maintain documentation including design specs, test cases, and deployment guides.
