Salesforce Manual Testers

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  functional, integration, and regression testing

  based on application requirements.
• Create and execute detailed

  test cases

  and test scripts aligned with business rules.
• Collaborate closely with

  Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts

  to ensure quality delivery.
• Support

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  with business users and document outcomes.
• Estimate testing effort for assigned modules and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate test management tools.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews as part of Agile/Scrum processes.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability of all business requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in

  Salesforce manual testing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce testing techniques

  , including UI and functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with

  test management tools

  (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience in facilitating

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  CRM business processes

  .
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to

  work independently

  in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

  (ADM-201) preferred.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.
