About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit as per client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries, rates, and contract terms with candidates.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for long-term placements.
• Track and manage candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure timely closures of positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in

  US IT recruitment

  (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring).
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Must be comfortable working in

  complete night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

  .

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with VMS portals and direct client requirements.
• Exposure to both IT and Non-IT US staffing.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
