Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Expert, located in Delhi. The Salesforce Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM systems, configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, developing and executing data integration strategies, and providing technical support and training to users. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing business requirements, implementing Salesforce solutions to meet those requirements, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM systems
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Experience in developing data integration strategies and solutions
• Strong technical support and user training skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Familiarity with other CRM software like Mailchimp is a plus
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in Finance and Insurance field.
