About the Role :

We’re hiring an Agentforce Specialist who has strong experience working with Salesforce AI tools including Einstein, Agentforce, automation features, and AI-driven workflows. This role focuses on implementing AI automation, building intelligent flows, and enhancing customer experience using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work on Agentforce and Einstein AI features inside Salesforce
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows, automations, and chat interfaces
• Configure prompts, rules, and knowledge sources for AI agents
• Improve system performance using predictive insights and automation
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing Salesforce processes
• Create dashboards and reports for AI/automation performance
• Collaborate with product, tech, and CRM teams for implementation

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Salesforce AI features
• Experience with Flows, Automation Studio, Omni-Channel, and CRM integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
