About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and deployments. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Customize Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
• Participate in the full SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage Salesforce configurations, security, and data management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and middleware.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permissions).
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Git, Jenkins) is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
