Preferred Candidate profile

• 3-4 year of hand on Salesforce development experience.
• strong command Apex, lighting components (specifically LWC) Triggers and flows
• Familiarity With Salesforce configuration (Object, Fields, Record Types etc. )
• Experience in Salesforce development tools like change Sets, ANT or SFDX
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including the creation of Visualforce Pages
• Experience with building and deploying Lightning Web Components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com Administration, including customization and configuration
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce.com platform features and functionality
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or equivalent) are highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Role & responsibilities

* Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows

* Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

* Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and code reviews

* Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and documentation

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Preferred candidate profile
