Salesforce Developer

Role and responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role offers opportunities to grow, innovate, and contribute to impactful CRM solutions.

Education:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Applications: Build scalable and secure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Customize Workflows: Configure automation tools, custom objects, and workflows to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Systems: Develop APIs and web services to connect Salesforce with external platforms.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Enhance User Experience: Improve UI/UX using Salesforce Lightning and other tools.
• Data Management: Implement efficient data models, pipelines, and reporting mechanisms.
• Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation and support end-user training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II).
