Salesforce Developer (Engineer 3 level) responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Salesforce technologies. The role spans the entire software development lifecycle including architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have practical experience in two coding languages

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their use cases, challenges, and requirements to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver complex solutions using Salesforce and other modern tools, frameworks, and agile methodologies.
• Evaluate application requirements and recommend optimal technology stack, integration approach, and deployment strategy.
• Create high-level architectural designs defining system structure, components, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects.
• Define and implement software testing strategies aligned with industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Continuously optimize application performance and adopt emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Apply best engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, version control, and code reviews.
• Ensure secure coding practices including encryption, anonymization, and compliance with data protection standards.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce backend components, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Evaluate and incorporate new Salesforce capabilities and other emerging technologies to modernize solutions.
  

Required Skills

• Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, Integrations)
• Strong developmental experience in at least two languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript) or advanced practice in one
• Solid understanding of SDLC, architecture patterns, testing, performance optimization
  

Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio

• Auto Cloud experience (optional but desirable)
  

Experience Required

• 6+ years in IT
• 4+ years hands-on development experience
• Practical experience in 2 coding languages OR advanced practice in 1
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
