Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Administrator to configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform, improve processes, and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & customize using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL
Implement workflows, flows, validation rules
Manage roles, profiles, permissions & security
Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools (APIs)
Provide user support, training & issue resolution
Data maintenance, cleansing & deduplication
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
2–5 years’ Salesforce development/admin experience
Experience in Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud (preferred)

Skills:

Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
Salesforce admin skills (roles, profiles, workflows, reports)
Data modeling & security model knowledge
Familiarity with Change Sets, Sandbox, deployments
Salesforce certifications preferred
Experience with integrations (NetSuite, HubSpot)
Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, Git

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
